Aaron Zwas - President
Aaron Zwas founded Zwas Group in 2003 with the belief that the structured analysis of organizations is a key contributor to strategies that maximize the ROI of mergers and acquisitions. Aaron has specialized in organizational efficiency and supporting technologies for over a decade, and he places a special emphasis on repeatability and transfer of knowledge to his clients.
Aaron built his reputation as a large-scale strategy and PMO
specialist via the hotel acquisitions of The Blackstone Group. These
efforts included several brands (Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, LXR Luxury
Resorts, and Extended Stay Hotels) and several notable resorts, including The Boca
Raton Resort & Club, The Boulders Resort & Spa, El San Juan, and El
Conquistador Resort. His greatest value is added in
fast moving and/or high stakes environments that require a
well-articulated vision, immediate/on-time results, and the strength to
implement detailed strategies under challenging circumstances.
Aaron Zwas has a Bachelor’s Degree from Ithaca College’s
"Organizational Communication, Learning, and Design" program at the
Park School of Communications. He has been a faculty advisor to the
program
since 2005. Aaron received his license as an RSA/Cambridge Teacher of
English as a Foreign Language, is a member of the Society for
Advancement of Consulting, and is a member of the International Society
for Performance Improvement. Zwas Group is an approved consulting
contractor for the State of New York.
Aaron complements his consulting career as a published travel writer, as a social media and technology enthusiast, and with healthy doses of pinball and live music. He lives in Hoboken, NJ with his wife and two sons. You can follow Aaron on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, via his Google Profile, and on the Digital Street Smarts blog.
